Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be voided.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phfun22 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorized by you. phfun22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. phfun22 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to inactive account balances. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Fees will not reduce your account balance below zero.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phfun22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
phfun22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined to have been derived from prohibited activity.
You may close your phfun22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
